		<description>I love the pork cartilage ramen I had in Osaka. I have not been able to find anything remotely close to that outside of Japan!!!

I must admit, I follow some good old Chinese habits my parents passed on to me. I eat lots of fish maw, beef tendon, chicken feet, etc. for the collagen. I wish they were low fat though! :-P
