Honey lemon — warm or iced — is an all-time beauty fave and we can’t deny its tasty goodness. But today I’m sharing a secret tip in getting the most out of the honey in this short 3-min video. Hint: it’s got something to do with the temperature of the water!
My sister has been drinking honey and lemon daily for years and she has better skin than me, and get this, she is five years older. A couple of years back she added Meiji Amino Collagen to her regime, so you could say she was the inspiration for this post.
I’ll like to stress that honey and lemon don’t necessarily improve the effectiveness of the collagen and this is just a recipe suggestion for you to try.
1 cup warm water
¼ tablespoon Manuka honey – great for skin!
Juice of ¼ lemon
1 spoonful Meiji Amino Collagen
