How to blend a yummy cucumber smoothie with amino collagen

I’ve got such a delicious smoothie recipe to share today and it’s so nourishing for your skin.

Cucumber has silica, one of the main building blocks of collagen, so by consuming more of it, you’re helping your skin replenish its collagen.

I know, I know, cucumber is not the most exciting vegetable in the world but I guarantee you will love this recipe. Bet you would go for seconds after having your first glass.

Recommended recipe:

1 cucumber
1 apple
½ lemon
1 glass of water
*Makes two servings, but halve it if you just want one.

Blend till smooth and serve on ice if you want it cold. Cheers to gorgeous skin!
