Hello my lovelies, thanks for checking out my Skin Repair Hydration Juice (Pineapple & Celery) video, and today, I’ve got a yummylicious antioxidant beauty elixir that is so easy to make — I promise you it really is.
Dark or bright colored fruit like berries are chock full of antioxidants that help to fight free radicals that cause skin to age prematurely and look sallow. Do your skin a favor and feed it with these skin-brightening nutrients.
Recipe (in a high-speed blender):
1 cup blackberries
1/2 chopped apple
1/2 lemon
2 cups water
1 spoonful Meiji Amino Collagen
Strain the juice from the pulp by using a nut-milk bag but a cheese cloth or baking sieve will work just as well. Enjoy!

That certainly looks really yummy, and not to mention healthy too! I’ve only been juicing apple + banana + water every morning, should start trying your recipe. Thanks a lot!

I used to just juice fruit like apple and orange but I think most fruit can taste good in a juice with some experimentation. Except strawberries – I still can’t find a good combi. Strawberries are better in smoothies in my opinion
Btw, you can use blueberries if you cannot find blackberries – it’ll be just as yummy.

I use a Japanese brand called Zojirushi. Actually any blender that can crush ice can pretty much blend hard veggies, greens, and fruit.

Yup blackberries have tiny seeds that may annoy some folks but juicing them takes this problem away and you end up with a juice bursting with berry flavour
